I. Usage
When not dry (with water droplets on the tableware or sufficient moisture in the food), it can be used in a microwave oven (low temperature) and an ozone sterilizer. However, this product is not specialized for microwave use; prolonged microwave use is not recommended to avoid shortening its service life.
II. Cleaning
Clean with a soft cloth; do not use abrasive powders or brushes to prevent scratches. Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly immediately after bleaching. It is recommended to soak in oxygen-based bleach once a week for 20 minutes. Do not use chlorine-based bleach to avoid material degradation or discoloration. Prolonged high-temperature soaking may damage the surface (patterns, etc.); if soaking is needed, use warm water at 30–40°C for about 15–20 minutes.
III. Sterilization and Storage
When using a sterilizer/dryer, employ a hot-air type with the internal temperature set to 80–85°C, maintaining for 20–30 minutes after reaching temperature. Note that areas near the hot-air outlet become extremely hot. Boiling sterilization may degrade the product; if necessary, keep boiling time to an absolute minimum.
IV. Prohibitions
Do not expose to direct flame or place near an open fire. Avoid impact or sudden temperature changes when the product is hot to prevent cracking. Do not subject to strong impacts to avoid breakage or damage. Do not use items with chipped edges or cracks. Do not use any item except ashtrays as an ashtray. Do not light fires in ashtrays or trash bins. Do not place on a hot iron plate or in a soup pot for keep warm.
