一、使用
非干燥状态下（餐具上附有水珠或所盛食物内水份充分），可用于微波炉（低温）和臭氧消毒柜。但本产品非微波炉专用餐具，建议勿长期用于微波炉，以免使用寿命缩短。
二、清洗
请用软布清洗，勿使用磨粉和刷子，以免造成伤痕；洗净、漂白后请立即充分冲水。建议每星期使用氧系漂白剂浸泡一次，每次20分钟；请勿使用含氯的漂白剂，以免造成材质劣化或变色；高温长时间的浸渍会损伤表面(花样等)，若需浸渍时请以30～40℃的温水浸泡约15～20分钟左右。
三、消毒与保管
使用消毒保管库时，请使用热风保管库，库内温度请设定为80～85℃，上升后20～30分钟左右。尤其是热风吹出口附近，会变成非常高温，请注意；煮沸消毒容易造成制品的劣化，若需进行煮沸消毒时，请缩短至最低限度时间。
四、禁止事项
请勿用火烧烤，或接近炉火；请避免在炽热状况下撞击或施予急遽的温度变化，以免破裂；请勿施予强力冲击，以免破裂或破损；请勿使用边缘破损或破裂的商品；除了烟灰缸以外的商品，请勿当作烟灰缸使用；请勿在烟灰缸或垃圾桶中点火；请勿放置在热铁板或汤锅中保温。
